Description
In this course, students will be introduced to some of the world's great poetry in a setting designed to help them develop a love for the art form. Students will explore a wide variety of poetic styles, and will develop an appreciation for the deeper meaning of the works and discover the techniques by which they are achieved. Students will read great works and compose their own. This course is intended for students who love the English language and wish to develop greater mastery of critical thinking skills.
